BetterU LLC is not responsible for any user-generated or AI-generated content that you may encounter while using the Service. All such content is provided "as is" and we make no representations or warranties regarding its accuracy, completeness, appropriateness, or legality.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BetterU LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the United States, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
